SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting into the SMS program provided by NY Information Technology Services & Consulting Inc. (NYITSC), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description & Message Types

When you opt-in to receive SMS from NYITSC, you can expect to receive messages regarding:

• Service      Updates: Information about ongoing IT projects or consulting services.
• Account      Alerts: Important notifications regarding your account status or security.
• Scheduling:     Appointment reminders and technical support updates.
• Marketing     (Optional): Occasional updates on new IT solutions or industry      insights.

2. Message Frequency

The texting cadence varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive multiple messages during an active support ticket or project phase, but generally, the frequency is no more than 4 messages per month for non-urgent updates.

3. Cost & Carriers

• Message      and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for details on your specific plan.
• NYITSC is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as      delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

4. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOPto our shortcode or the number from which you received a message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

5. Support Instructions (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@nyitsc.com.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
